If EBIDEM collects the third party’s fees from you, then it will pass through the fees to the third party, but you acknowledge that EBIDEM has no responsibility for the third party’s services. LOCATION OF THE SITE AND YOUR USE

EBIDEM operates or controls the operation of this Site and the Service from offices in the Republic of Ireland. In addition, the Site and the Service may be mirrored, and other websites operated or controlled by EBIDEM may be located, at various locations in and outside of the European Union. EBIDEM makes no representation or warranty that all of the services will be available to you outside of the Republic of Ireland, or that they are permitted to be accessed outside of the European Union.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS

You hereby grant to EBIDEM a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Site, the Service and/or other EBIDEM offerings any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by you to EBIDEM that is related to the Site and/or the Service.

EBIDEM will have the right to collect and analyze data and other information relating to the provision, use or performance of the Site and/or Service and related systems and technologies (including information concerning User Data and data derived therefrom), and to aggregate and/or anonymize all such data and information.

GENERAL TERMS

Arbitration. The Order and these Services Terms are governed by and should be interpreted under the laws of the County Monaghan, Republic of Ireland, as applicable, without giving effect to any conflicts of law principles that would require the application of the law of a different jurisdiction. Changes to the Services. You agree that your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by EBIDEM regarding future functionality or features. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect and such provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible so as to effect the intent of the parties and will be reformed to the extent necessary to make such provision valid and enforceable.
